It was always a delight to chat with Gray at the break, before or after a concert, or over a beverage following a show. He was enthusiastic about our shared love of sailing and music and shared many wonderful tales, always with a twinkle in his eye. Love to his family--he will be greatly missed.

Our family grew up with the Amphlett family in Aka Aka. Then after I moved to Canada in 1967 Gray turned up in Vancouver.
